Damaged Goods

One of the salt scrub containers leaked all over the inside of the box. I don't know if it was a Packing issue at Baby's or the shipper. The box was not damaged. Also I choose Auto Drip for the ground and it is like Dust which gets grounds into the coffee pot. I don't have time to call Baby's and take care of these issues so I have just been living with it.
